About orders and cancellations
If I order now, when will it arrive?
If your order is placed and payment is completed by 12 noon on a business day, it can be delivered the next day to Honshu. For remote islands, it can be delivered within 2 to 5 days.
Please note that we may not be able to deliver your order on the specified delivery date and time due to weather or traffic conditions.
I placed an order! When will I receive the email?
- Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email.
- Once the shipment is complete, you will receive a "Shipping completed" email.

Is there a way to check if my order has been placed?
If your order is successfully completed, we will send you an automatic email confirming your order details to the email address you provided when placing your order.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam box.
We also recommend that you set up your email address below to allow emails in advance.

Can I order via email, phone or LINE?
Orders can be placed via email or LINE. We do not accept orders over the phone.
Payment methods are credit card/bank transfer/PayPay only.
Please contact us with the product image or product number, color, and size you would like.
Can I reserve products before they arrive?
This is only possible for items that have the word [Pre-order] in the product name or have an [Add to Cart] button on the product page.
Is it possible to reserve an item?
We are very sorry, but we do not offer a reservation service.
Will the items in my cart ever sell out?
The product will be secured when your order is completed.
If an item is added to your cart, it is not reserved and may be sold out.
If the total amount is less than ¥22,000 (tax included) after using coupons and points, will I still be charged shipping fees?
If the total amount after discount is less than ¥22,000 (tax included), shipping charges will apply.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
To ensure smooth shipping of your order, please make sure that the delivery address and order details ( color / size / quantity ) are correct before placing your order.
Can I change the size or color after placing my order?
Due to the specifications of the order system, once an order has been confirmed it cannot be changed.
Isn't it illegal to not accept cancellations or returns of all products (cooling-off period does not apply)?
There is no legal provision for a cooling-off period in mail order sales.
Cooling-off is a system that applies to door-to-door sales, telephone sales, etc.
When you sign a contract through mail order or in a store, the contract is made with your own intention to purchase, so the cooling-off period does not apply.
About Shipping
When will it be shipped?
■Regular products
Orders placed before 12:00 on business days will be shipped the same day.
Honshu: Fastest delivery is the next day
Hokkaido: Fastest delivery in 2-3 days
Okinawa and remote islands: Delivery in 2-5 days
- Please note that this does not include the day of your order.
- If you order a pre-order item and a regular item together, the pre-order item will be shipped as soon as it is in stock. If you would like the regular item to be shipped first, please place a separate order for the pre-order item.
■ Pre-order items
- For delivery dates for pre-ordered items, please refer to the estimated shipping dates listed on each product page.
- If you purchase multiple pre-order items at the same time, they will be shipped together with the item that arrives later. If you are in a hurry, we recommend ordering each item individually.
- Items will be shipped in order of arrival, so even if you purchase at the same time, the shipping dates may differ.
- If there is a delay in delivery due to production reasons, we will notify you by email.

How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs are 770 yen (tax included) nationwide.
If your purchase totals 22,000 yen (tax included) or more, shipping is free.
Order amount (tax included) up to 21,999 yen: Shipping fee 770 yen
Orders over 22,000 yen (tax included): Free shipping

- Free shipping is an automatic discount.
- When using a coupon, shipping will be free if the total purchase amount after applying the coupon is 22,000 yen or more.
Can I specify a delivery date and time?
You cannot specify a delivery date and time when placing an order.
If you would like to specify a delivery date and time, please check the shipping number (tracking number) listed in the shipping confirmation email and make the request to the delivery company yourself.

Can I change the delivery address?
You can change the delivery address before the product is shipped.
Please contact us here .
When making an inquiry, please be sure to fill in the following information.
- Name of the person placing the order
- Order number
- Name of recipient
- Delivery address postal code
- Shipping Address
In addition, please specify [shop@e-canbe.com] as the domain name to receive emails.
Can you combine this with another order?
We can ship all items together if it is before the product shipping process has started.

Can I send it by mail or non-standard mail?
Shipping by mail or non-standard mail is not available.
Payment
Can I change my payment method after I've placed my order?
Due to the specifications of our order system, once an order has been confirmed, the payment method cannot be changed.
An error occurred during payment
■Credit card
Please check the following and if the problem persists, please contact your card company for more information.
- There is an error in the card details (card number, security code, etc.)
- The card has expired
- Payment refusal by card company
■Shop Pay
It has been confirmed that if you order over 20,000 yen and wish to use a coupon, a payment error will occur with Shop Pay.
Even if an error screen appears, if you proceed, the fee will be corrected and you will be able to make the payment. However, if you are unsure, please try making the payment without logging in to Shop Pay.
■ Paidy deferred payment Paidy conducts a credit check for each payment, and depending on the results of the check, you may not be able to use deferred payment. If you see the message "Payment was not approved," please choose a payment method other than deferred payment.

Returns and Exchanges
Can I exchange or return the product I received?
We cannot accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience.
I received a defective or different product! Can I exchange or return it?
We will handle this by returning or exchanging the product.
Please see here for the criteria for defective products.
Please send the following by email with attachments:
- Please enter the name of the person placing the order and the order number.
- Please indicate whether you would like a return or exchange.
- Please attach a photo of the defective or different item.
Please note that we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply. Please note that we will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
- If you do not apply for a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product
- If the product shows signs of use, damage, stains, or odors
- If the item has been altered, washed or dry cleaned
- If the product tag or accessories are missing
- If the product is returned using a method other than that specified by our company
- If the item is the same as when it was delivered and cannot be returned
How will I be refunded?
Once the returned product arrives, it will be inspected.
If we determine that there are no problems, we will process your refund.
As we process returns in the order they arrive, it may take up to two weeks for inspection.
Refunds will vary depending on the payment method. Refunds will be made by each company.
Depending on the timing of the refund, it may take up to two months for the refund to be processed.
About gift wrapping
Can I request gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is available (for a fee).
We are very sorry, but we do not offer simple or free wrapping.
Please select your preferred gift wrapping from here , add it to your cart and place your order. We will gift-wrap your item and deliver it to you.
