Note about the color of the product image and the actual product

• We strive to make the colors of our products as close to the actual product as possible, but the colors may appear different depending on the brightness and color settings of your device and the type of screen (OLED, LCD, etc.).
• The actual color may appear slightly different depending on the lighting conditions indoors or outdoors, and the type of natural light or lighting.
• Due to light reflection and the weave of the fabric, the color may appear different depending on the viewing angle and light source.

About washing

• There is a possibility of color transfer if the product gets wet due to sweat or rain, so we recommend hand washing it before wearing it.
• There is a possibility that the color may transfer to clothing, so we recommend washing the item separately.
• Please be careful as the color may transfer to other clothing if you leave it wet for a long time, stack it, rub it (especially when it is wet), or if it gets wet with sweat or rain.

About the product

• Due to the nature of the product, there may be slight differences in the appearance and nuance of the pattern depending on the print and the position of the fabric, and the appearance may differ from the image. Also, the patterns may not necessarily match at the seams.
• The brand reserves the right to change specifications without notice for the purpose of improvements.

Defective product standards

Japanese sewing standards are among the highest in the world.

Imported products do not meet Japanese sewing standards, but rather meet the standards of each country.

Regarding the sewing, there may be some loose threads or sloppy stitching or thread ends, but this does not affect the wearability (use) of the item.

The following items are not eligible for return as defective products. Please understand this before placing your order.

• The thread ends are loose
• If the stitching is rough or there are some loose or pulled threads
• The buttons are not properly attached
• Traces of chalk or magic marker from the sewing process remain.
• Colour varies depending on size
• There is a small stain
• The dye is coming off
• The zipper gets stuck easily
• Wrinkles
• The tag is crooked
• Sequins and beads come off easily

Since the manufacturer does not accept returns for such products, we are unable to accept returns for such products either.

Please be sure to understand the above points before purchasing.

When we inspect the products upon arrival, we will refrain from selling any that are found to be of an unsightly nature.
