「商品2着につき試着チケット1枚」でご利用いただけます。
「ワンピースのご試着のみご利用可能」なチケットになります。

試着チケットのメリット

※商品お届け日より最大3日間ご検討いただけます。 - デザイン・色・サイズの違う商品を同時に試着できます。
- 届いた商品の合わない方を返送するだけなので、手間が省け、早くて便利です。
注意事項
- 商品2着と試着チケット1枚をご注文ください。商品1着、試着チケットのみのご注文は承ることができません。

- お支払方法は「クレジットカード」のみとなります。
- ご試着は室内でお願いいたします。また、商品タグは外さないでください。
- ファンデーション・口紅・香水・ペットの毛などの付着、傷・破損・汚れがある商品は返品をお受けできません。
- 商品到着日より3日以内にご返送ください。
- 返送は必ず同梱のレターパックをご利用ください。
- レターパック以外で返送された場合の送料はお客様負担となります。
- 着払いで返送された場合は、着払い送料をご返金額より差し引かせていただきます。
- 当店出荷後1週間以内に返送品が未着の場合は、試着チケット代金を含む全商品をご購入いただきます。
- 商品不良・誤配送の場合は「不良あり」「誤配送」とご連絡ください。確認後ご案内いたします。
- 返送商品到着後、検品を行い、クレジットカードの請求金額を修正しご返金いたします。

いいえ。試着チケットのみでのご注文は承っておりません。必ず商品2着と一緒にご注文ください。
商品を1着だけ注文して試着チケットを利用できますか？
いいえ。試着チケットは「商品2着につき試着チケット1枚」でご利用いただけるサービスです。商品1着のみではご利用いただけません。
商品を3着以上注文する場合はどうなりますか？
商品2着につき試着チケット1枚が必要です。商品3〜4着をご注文の場合は、試着チケットを2枚ご購入ください。
サイズ違い・色違いでも利用できますか？
はい。サイズ違い・色違い・デザイン違いなど、お好きな組み合わせでご利用いただけます。
2着とも返品できますか？
いいえ。試着チケットサービスは、お気に入りの1着をご購入いただくことを前提としたサービスです。2着ともご返送いただくことはできません。
試着できる期間はどれくらいですか？
商品到着日から3日以内に、同梱のレターパックでご返送ください。
試着するときに気を付けることはありますか？
室内でご試着いただき、商品タグは外さずにご試着ください。ファンデーション・口紅・香水・ペットの毛などの付着や、お客様のもとで傷・汚れ・破損が生じた商品は返品をお受けできません。
返送方法を教えてください。
商品に同梱しているレターパックをご利用ください。レターパック以外で返送された場合の送料は、お客様のご負担となります。
返送料はかかりますか？
同梱のレターパックをご利用いただく場合、返送時の送料はかかりません。
送料無料で注文しましたが、1着返送した場合も送料無料ですか？
ご返送後のお買い上げ金額が22,000円未満となる場合は、送料無料の対象外となります。その場合は、発送時の送料770円を差し引いた金額をご返金いたします。
返送後も購入金額が22,000円以上の場合はどうなりますか？
ご返送後のお買い上げ金額が22,000円以上の場合は、送料無料のままとなります。送料は差し引かれません。
返金はいつになりますか？
返送商品が当店へ到着後、商品の検品を行い、ご返金手続きをいたします。クレジットカード会社の処理状況により、ご返金時期が異なる場合がございます。
利用できる支払い方法を教えてください。
試着チケットは、クレジットカード決済のみご利用いただけます。

About washing

- Please be careful as the color may transfer to other clothing if you leave it wet for a long time, stack it, rub it (especially when it is wet), or if it gets wet with sweat or rain.
About the product
- Due to the nature of the product, there may be slight differences in the appearance and nuance of the pattern depending on the print and the position of the fabric, and the appearance may differ from the image. Also, the patterns may not necessarily match at the seams.
- The brand reserves the right to change specifications without notice for the purpose of improvements.
Defective product standards
Japanese sewing standards are among the highest in the world.
Imported products do not meet Japanese sewing standards, but rather meet the standards of each country.
Regarding the sewing, there may be some loose threads or sloppy stitching or thread ends, but this does not affect the wearability (use) of the item.
The following items are not eligible for return as defective products. Please understand this before placing your order.
- The thread ends are loose
- If the stitching is rough or there are some loose or pulled threads
- The buttons are not properly attached
- Traces of chalk or magic marker from the sewing process remain.
- Colour varies depending on size
- There is a small stain
- The dye is coming off
- The zipper gets stuck easily
- Wrinkles
- The tag is crooked
- Sequins and beads come off easily
Since the manufacturer does not accept returns for such products, we are unable to accept returns for such products either.
Please be sure to understand the above points before purchasing.
